 Prior to beginning any new project, it is a worthwhile exercise to conduct a Gap Analysis to measure your actual performance against where you would like it to be. The KQMC has many tools for performing effective Gap Analysis, accompanied by a powerful, detailed Power Point presentation report that provides details on the findings along with recommendations on potential next steps.
Once a project has been implemented and it is determined that the next step may be a registration/certification audit - it is a good idea to have an independent "check" of the project to ensure it's successful implementation and new level of performance. |
